For help with your Guest Pass account, a pass purchase, or a gym listing, email our support team. Include the email on your account and any relevant gym or pass details. Do not send payment card numbers or passwords.

Account deletion
Signed-in users can permanently delete their account from Profile → Delete account in the Guest Pass app. You can also review the account-deletion instructions.
